Our story began over 10 years ago with the establishment of Connie Home LLC by Calves
Connie Blake. Located in Winnebago County, Connie Home LLC. currently operates ten Adult
Family Homes in the area offering a safe and supportive environment for thirty individuals with
disabilities. We offer opportunities for our residents to thrive through supportive services and
compassionate outreach to those underserved, currently employing forty-three staff members.
After the success of Connie Home LLC, Mrs. Connie expanded her operations to Columbus,
Ohio, in 2021, as Promises’ Homes LLC, an Ohio-based Foreign Limited Liability Company, and
Helping Hands All Ways Inc. (HHAW), a non-profit organization.
HHAW primary focus on supporting individuals and families to enhance and strengthen family
bonds, facing economic hardships and overcoming difficult pasts by connecting them to
essential resources and referrals. Our goal is to provide people with the tools they need to
transform their lives and reintegrate into society. We provide transitional support, life skills
development, workforce readiness, and housing support to help individuals achieve
independence and sustainability.
